The main premise of the card game is to be dealt cards totaling up to twenty one. Each player is handed two cards. When a black jack player is handed a 9 or lower value card and an Ace they’ve been dealt a soft hand. When the player receives no Ace cards it is called as a hard hand. As soon as the cards have been given to all players at the blackjack table, which includes the dealer, each blackjack player is given the opportunity to make 1 of six actions:

Taking another card (Hit): When a black jack player announces hit me the dealer will deal them another card, if the adding of that card causes the total greater than 21 the black jack player will have lost and be excluded from the game, if the card pushes the value of the hand to twenty-one the gambler wins and if the value of the hand has not yet achieved twenty-one they are still in the game.

Keeping the hand you’ve been given: If a player is happy with the hand they will stay. As soon as this has happened the dealer will disclose their cards and the gambler who has gotten 21 or the nearest to twenty-one will acquire a win.

Doubling Down: A player may ask to double down which increases the wager by one hundred percent they have made. As soon as you’ve taken this action you can only receive 1 additional card. The specifics of doubling down are usually specified by the blackjack table or betting house game rules so before competing be certain you are familiar with the house established rules. If you are gambling at a net casino this is normally quite simple.
