I have enjoyed millions of hands of twenty-one. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was 16. I have wagered on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still spent an abundance of money at chemin de fer. The casinos have made it very hard to beat the game.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get rich with this tactic or beat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is based on the idea that chemin de fer seems to be a game of streaks. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!
I wager with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I lose I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the action back down to the original value.
I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets very exciting on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had great runs a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Luxor a number of years back with $750 after 45 minutes using this method! And a few months ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!
You must understand that you can lose a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the runs you see wagering this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar game.
Wager $5
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 5 dollar bet
Bet five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $10
Wager 10 dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the first 10 dollar bet
Bet 10 dollar
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Wager $20
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the original twenty dollar wager
Bet $20
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $40
Wager 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the original 40 dollar wager
Wager forty dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of $80
Wager $80
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the original 80 dollar bet
Wager eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $160
Wager 160 dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the first 1 hundred and 60 dollar wager
If you left at this point you would be up three hundred and fifteen dollars !!
It is iffy to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
