black jack is a game that somehow reminds me of a roller coaster. It is a game that starts slowly, but gradually picks up speed. As you build up your bankroll, you feel like you are getting to the top of the coaster and then when you are not expecting it, the bottom falls.
black jack is so very similar to a wild ride the similarities are alarming. As with the popular fairground ride, your black jack game will peak and things will seem to be going well for a time before it bottoms out yet again. You have to be a black jack player that is able to readjust to the ups and downs of the game simply because the game of black jack is packed full with them.
If you like the mini coaster, a coaster that can’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the rollercoaster ride is with a fatter wager, then jump aboard for the coaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high roller will love the view from the monster rollercoaster because he/she is not thinking about the drop as they rush head first to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few bettors adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that is terrific, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster begins to twist and turn, you had better escape in a hurry.
If you don’t, you may not necessarily recount how much you enjoyed the view while your bankroll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a wicked ride … your head in the air. As you are thinking on "what ifs", you won’t clearly recall how "high up" you went but you will remember that devastating fall as clear as day.
