I have bet on millions of hands of 21. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was 16. I have bet on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still spent an abundance of cash at 21. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the casino.
I still like the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over this time period I have played a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get flush with this method or beat the casino, nonetheless you will experience a lot of fun. This method is based on the idea that blackjack appears to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I do not win again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the bet back down to the original amount.
I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets very enjoyable sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in series your wagers go up very quickly. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had awesome runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Paris a number of years ago with $750 after 60 mins using this tactic! And a number of days ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can squander a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the runs you witness wagering this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 game.
Bet 5 dollar
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 5 dollar bet
Wager 5 dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of ten dollar
Wager 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the first ten dollar wager
Wager $10
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Bet 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 20 dollar bet
Wager twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $40
Wager forty dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the original forty dollar bet
Bet $40
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Wager $80
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $80 bet
Bet eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160
Bet $160
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $160 wager
If you departed at this point you would be up $315 !!
It is herculean to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and lower your bet or the end result will not be the same.
